Yes we do! We know that your dog is as much a part of your family as everyone else and deserves a holiday too. We have dedicated bell tents that we allow dogs in, so please contact us for availability as these book up fast! One well behaved dog is allowed per tent for an additional fee of £35.
If you are bringing more than one dog, get in touch with us to discuss. You will also need to check that your chosen campsite accepts dogs

Our standard bell tents are 5m, we also have a smaller 4m and a larger 6m bell tent.

Choose a grass pitch, which is on firm, level ground with the grass cut short. When booking a pitch with a campsite, please allow for the overall ‘footprint’ as above, which includes the guy ropes all the way around.

No, we do not provide any electrical appliances with our tent hire, but because we know you'll probably have a few gadgets with you that need charging, we can hire USB power packs. Some campsites have 240v mains power points available, however you will need to bring your own 240v hook-up lead to plug your own equipment in. You can purchase 240v hook-up leads from any good outdoor equipment supplier. It is not advisable to run household appliances in an outdoor environment. Hook-up leads & anything plugged into them are used at your own risk. You will need to check that your chosen campsite pitch has electric hook-up.

No, you book and pay for this separately once you have checked our availability of tents to hire.

You'll need to contact, book and pay for your chosen campsite directly. We then deliver, pitch and dress your Bell so it's ready for you to rock up and enjoy. However, if you are stuck on where to stay, we can definitely recommend some of our favourites!

We aim to set up tents by 1pm on your day of arrival and you need to vacate your tent by 11am on your day of departure. Check-in/check out times will vary depending on your chosen campsite. Please remember our tents need to be removed by check out time & we shall need at least 1 hour to dismantle your camp so please vacate your tents accordingly.

No. Cooking equipment or use of gas appliances of any kind is strictly forbidden inside the bell tent due to it being a fire hazard. Barbecue equipment or open fires outside are to be placed a minimum of eight feet from the bell tent and not left unattended whilst in use and will always remain the hirer’s entire responsibility.

Yes. All our tents are deluxe bell tents. They have zipped in ground sheets which are thick and durable and have a raised lip at the side to ensure no leaks if pitched on ground that doesn’t drain easily. The tents have been “weathered” also, a process which allows the canvas fibres to tighten and bind together.

Yes, we welcome private venue bookings. This is the perfect solution for glamping birthdays or creating an extra room for guests to stay.

Yes, our standard hire includes the set up and dismantling of all our tents.

Our tents are strictly non-smoking.

All of our furnished tents are designed to make you have the most comfortable glamping experience possible, rugs, thick duvets, extra blankets and throws. We do recommend you bring warm layers as well, depending on the time of year/weather forecast.

A damage deposit, often called a damage waiver, is a refundable deposit you pay in case you damage the tent or any of the equipment. It’s very rare for our tents and stock to be damaged, but it does occasionally happen. A Damage Deposit of £75 per 5m bell tent or £100 for the 6m is required and payable at the time of the booking. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information.

We recommend customers take out the relevant insurance to cover costs in the event of cancellation due to bad weather. However in the event that weather is to blame and we believe it unsafe to proceed with the hire on the date specified, we will endeavour to offer an alternative date subject to availability; failing this we will refund according to our Terms of Conditions.
